LESSON DURATION GUIDELINES
20-minute lessons: Available primarily for very young students (typically ages 4–6), first-time beginners, or students with limited attention span. Not normally recommended for intermediate/advanced or exam-preparation students.

60-minute lessons: Recommended for advanced students, higher-grade exam preparation, competition preparation, auditions, pre-professional students, and students requiring intensive repertoire/technique work.
​
45 minutes should remain the standard recommended duration for most school-age and intermediate students.
